Day three of NaNoWriMo--I'm sure most of you know what that is, but for those who don't, a quick word of explanation. It stands for National Novel Writing Month and the goal is to write 50,000 words by the end of November. That's approximately 1700 words per day to keep that goal. I'm doing it this year, finally, and so far I've only written 1200 words in 3 days. I am falling behind, so that means that I'll have to get extremely busy on the weekend to catch up.
Are you doing it this year? How's it coming along? I wish the best to everyone who's participating!

I'm doing a version of NaNoWriMo. Because my book is almost done and I don't want to start another until I've finished this one, my goal is to either write 50,000 words or finish the book (which will most likely happen long before I reach 50,000 words).
So far it's going pretty good, I'm a little behind, but I can catch up.

That's what I'm doing too! Only my book isn't anywhere near being done...I've got about 30,000 words already, so 50k more would boost it up to 80,000, and my goal is to make it over 100,000 words long.
Good luck with it! It's so exciting when you're nearing the end of a long and difficult process like writing. Then you can work on the fun stuff like editing. ;)
Good luck to you as well!! :)
Just yesterday I was working on a section that I had been thinking about for a long time, but since it was near the end, I hadn't actually written down. So I REALLY got the wow feeling of almost being done!
Hey. I saw your blog on my friends blog, and thought I'd check it out.
You write VERY well. good job. Now, follow me!
thats alot.
*applauds you*
Doing NaNo is a HUGE step. I'm only doing 20,000 words (YWP) as I'm not 13 yet, but yeah! I'm at sixteen thousand or so! :)

Thanks Bekah! What's YWP? I've never heard of it! Good luck, sounds like you're coming along with it better than I'm coming along on mine haha.
